Build a useful campaign brief

For ThrendMobi, planning begins with mobile user acquisition, app monetization and connected TV planning. A concise brief helps separate a campaign goal from the delivery settings needed to measure it.

What to prepare

Objective and event

Choose reach, qualified visits, leads, purchases or app events. Define the event, who owns its measurement and how duplicates are handled.

Budget and audience

Specify currency, budget range, daily pacing, countries, languages and device mix. Share the public landing page and any exclusions.

Creative and timing

List formats, approved assets, destination URLs and launch dates. Leave time for suitability, rendering and tracking checks.

Agree on reporting

Confirm timezone, date range, attribution window, gross or net revenue, fees, refunds and conversion deduplication. Record these definitions before comparing systems.

CTR
Clicks ÷ impressions × 100. Compare the same eligible impressions and click definition.
CPM
Spend ÷ impressions × 1,000. Include the agreed currency and fee treatment.
CPA
Spend ÷ attributed conversions. State the event and attribution window.
ROAS
Attributed revenue ÷ ad spend. A value of 2 means twice the ad spend in attributed revenue; it is not a profit calculation.

Test, learn and expand

Agree on a small test, source-level reporting, a review date and stop conditions. Compare qualified outcomes and sample size, then change one variable at a time. Budgets, sample sizes and goals are agreed for the individual campaign.
